Joe Wilson grew up in a small Western Pennsylvania town named Oil City.Joe met the love of his life, Dean Hamer, and decided to announce their wedding in Joe's hometown newspaper. This was a catalyst for many events, one of which included the mother of a teenager from Oil City contacting Joe.
