(Chicago, IL, August 6, 2013) â€" Today, the Circuit Court of Cook County, Chancery Division, heard oral arguments in a motion seeking to dismiss Darby v. Orr and Lazarro v. Orr, Lambda Legal and the ACLU of Illinoisâ€™ lawsuits seeking marriage for same-sex couples in Illinois.

(Philadelphia, NY August 8, 2013) -- Today, Lambda Legal and the Indian River Central School District announced the settlement of a lawsuit filed on behalf of Charles Pratt and his younger sister, Ashley Petranchuk.

(Harrisonburg, August 1, 2013) - Today Lambda Legal, the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU), and the American Civil Liberties Union of Virginia are filing a federal class action lawsuit seeking the freedom to marry for all same-sex couples in Virginia.

In a column where he both suggests "that we take whatever public polic ies we have adopted with regard to IV drug abuse and use those same policies with regard to homosexual behavior" and that we use policies governing adult film...
