Are you interested in having a regular and ongoing discussion with other LGBTQIA community members on Queer Public Radio?
We call it a Round Table Show which is basically a round table discussion which takes place on a internet radio station.
You may listen to previous round table shows on Queer Public Radio, click here to view the schedule.
Live Round Table shows are recorded for rebroadcasting as podcasts. Participants may speak on the show by calling with a phone or skype.
The Round Table Shows are open forum and all topics are welcome. We do note that Queer Public Radio is a LGBTQIA positive environment. Negativity against our community is not welcome. We get enough of that in the real world!
Queer Public Radio currently airs Gay Talk Live every Saturday at 3pm ET/Noon PT (-8 GMT). The show can last up to 2 hours.
Queer Public Radio suggest we start with two shows a month. The first Saturday after/on the 1st day of the month and the first Saturday after/on the 15th day of the month. As side note, it would be nice for this to become a weekly event.
It would be best if Round Table participants obtained a free member account on QueerPublicRadio.com. This would ease the process of sending out pre-show reminders and create a private discussion group/forum on the site. Please note that Queer Public Radio requires email verification to successfully create a new account (ie: you will receive a email and must click a link in the email).
After becoming a member simply send a message to Tom (on Queer Public Radio) letting him know you're interested in the Round Table discussion shows.
GayTalkRadio.org a 24/7 LGBTQIA Licensed Independent Internet Radio Station.
