Joe Wilson grew up in a small Western Pennsylvania town called Oil City.Joe met the love of his life, Dean Hamer, and decided to announce their wedding in Joe's hometown newspaper. This was a catalyst for many events, one of which included a teenager from Oil City contacting Joe and Dean.
