According to Pakistan's penal code:
"Whoever voluntarily has carnal intercourse against the order of nature with any man, woman or animal, shall be punished with imprisonment. "
Acccording to the UCMJ (Uniform Code of Military Justice):
UCMJ chap 925
925. ART. 125. SODOMY
(a) Any person subject to this chapter who engages in unnatural carnal copulation with another person of the same or opposite sex or with an animal is guilty of sodomy. Penetration, however slight, is sufficient to complete the offense.
(b) Any person found guilty of sodomy shall be punished as a court-martial may direct.
Of course this is even more interesting when you consider the fact the United States Supreme Court declared sodomy laws unconstitutional in 2003 (Lawrence v. Texas).
