GayTalkRadio Upgrades - Instant Request and Crossfading

Besides the recent website changes GayTalkRadio has also changed the automamtion system to provide a more professional sound. We also added Instant Requests which allows listeners to request songs the system will automatically place into the que.

The more professional sound is provided by a enhancement called crossfading. Crossfading slowly turns down the outgoing song while slowly increasing the level of the incoming song. This provides for smoother song transitions.

We also added a request system which allows you to select any track from the GayTalkRadio music library. When you make a request it is automatically placed into the que and played in a timely manner. If your request is not able to play (due to licensing restrictions) you will be advised when you make the request.

If you do not see a song listed, that you want, feel free to email Tom (tom@gaytalkradio.org) and tell him. There is also a request form on GayTalkRadio (if you don't wish to email Tom). You can find the request form under the site navigation button on GayTalkRadio.org.

GayTalkRadio is a Licensed Independent Internet Radio Station
